VOW Global is a Bangkok-based textile supplier delivering consistent, high-quality woven fabrics to tailors, garment manufacturers, and fashion labels across Thailand.

The way we work

VOW was built on a straightforward belief: the textiles trade is better when real people talk to each other. No automated quoting portals. No system that misreads your specification. Just a direct line between you and someone who genuinely understands the product.

We source from carefully selected suppliers whose relationships have been built over many years of direct inspection and accountability. Every bale that leaves under the VOW name has been selected against a specification we are comfortable putting our name on.

When something doesn't meet the mark, we say so before it ships. When a fabric is discontinued or delayed, we tell you immediately and offer an alternative. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the standard our clients have come to expect.

Who we work with

Our clients are Bangkok-based tailors, garment manufacturers, and fashion labels who need a consistent supply of fabric at a quality level their own customers will notice. We understand the pressures of production schedules, the importance of run-to-run consistency, and what it means when a shipment is late.

We work with businesses of all sizes, from a tailor ordering a single roll for a bespoke commission to a manufacturer placing repeat orders across multiple constructions and weights. Every client gets the same direct service: a named person at VOW who knows your account, your preferences, and your history.

We remember what you ordered last season. We notice if the hand has changed between deliveries. We keep records so that when you call back six months later, we can pick up exactly where we left off. That is not a feature we advertise. It is simply how we operate.

VOW Global Co., Ltd. ("VOW", "we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or gets in touch with us. This page explains simply and honestly what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What this website does

This website is an inquiry and sample request platform for trade clients. It has no user accounts, no login, no checkout, and no payment processing. Visitors browse our catalogue and submit requests through one of three forms: a general inquiry form on the home page, a contact form on the Contact page, and a sample request form in the cart. That is the full extent of user interaction on this site.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a form, we receive your name, email address, telephone number (if provided), and the message or fabric details you include. In the cart, we also receive a summary of the fabrics and quantities you selected.

We do not collect payment details. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not run analytics software that identifies individual visitors. We do not collect any information passively through your visit to this site.

How your information reaches us

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party service that transmits your submission to us by email. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io. Once received, your information is handled entirely by us.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, arrange samples, and manage any subsequent business relationship. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited emails.

How we store your information

Submissions arrive in our email inbox and are retained in our business records for as long as is needed to manage the relationship or comply with Thai law. If you would like your information removed, please contact us and we will act on it promptly.

Your rights under Thai law

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to processing at any time. Refund & Returns Policy

We are genuinely grateful for every client who chooses to work with VOW. Every fabric we carry has been selected with considerable care, and every inquiry we respond to is taken seriously. We want every experience with us to be a good one, and that commitment begins long before an order is placed.

Our approach

We encourage every client to take full advantage of our sample process before committing to any quantity. Request swatches, feel the hand, check the weight, compare the construction, which is precisely what the sample process is for, and we are always happy to guide you through it. Once you are satisfied and an order is confirmed, we prepare it specifically for you.

Because of the nature of textile commerce, all confirmed orders are final. Fabric prepared to a specification and dispatched on your instruction cannot be returned or refunded. We do everything we can to ensure this never becomes a concern, by being transparent, thorough, and available at every step before commitment.

Sample swatches

Swatches are cut specifically for each request and cannot be returned. They are provided so that you can make a fully informed decision before any order is placed, so please use them exactly for that purpose.

Confirmed orders

All orders placed with VOW are non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies across all fabric families and all order sizes. If there is any uncertainty before confirming, we ask you to raise it with us first. We would rather take the time to resolve a question than have either party feel uncertain after the fact.

Genuine manufacturing defects

In the rare event that fabric arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect present at the time of dispatch, please reach out to us at thevowglobal@gmail.com or +66 02-0022748 within seven days of receiving the goods. We will review every such case with genuine goodwill and work with you toward a fair resolution.

A personal note

We are a small, relationship-led business. If something has not gone the way you hoped, please contact us before anything else. We will always listen, we will always respond, and we will always try to find the most reasonable path forward. That is a promise we make to every client.

Prices and catalogue information

All prices shown are indicative, displayed in Thai Baht per metre, and subject to change without notice. The metre slider on each catalogue card is a cost estimation tool, and the figures produced are not quotes. A confirmed price is only confirmed when both parties have agreed to it in writing.

No user accounts

This website does not offer user registration, login, or accounts of any kind. No personal profile is created when you submit a form. Your submission is received by us by email and handled directly.

Form submissions

When you submit a form, you are sending us information to begin a dialogue. We will respond personally. Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or harmful content through any form on this site is not permitted.

Intellectual property
